IMPORTANT:

The Cobham / Thrane & Thrane 700 -710 terminals have a very unique battery that requires care when removing or installing.  

Applying extreme force to the latch mechanisms, or failing to actuate both the latch mechanisms  equally and together may result in breaking the latch levers.

Cobham / Thrane & Thrane do not cover breakage of these latches under any warranty.  

The latches should never be moved beyond the illustration above.

Once you have equally released both sides of the battery, pull the battery out in an even motion.

If the battery becomes crooked, replace battery and start again.
